Broker of Record

• Applications are submitted to LMC for initial underwriting review. Complete submissions will be sent on to Indiana Insurance for final underwriting review and quoting. Incomplete submissions will be referred back to the submitting agent for additional information.

• Quote proposals will be sent to LMC and we will forward to submitting agent for presentation to the school district.

• Account should be bound by submitting agent sending a binder and confirmation to LMC.

• LMC will request policies from Indiana Insurance. LMC reviews the new policies, quickly processes them and sends them out to the submitting agent as soon as possible.

• LMC will forward commissions to the submitting agency within 30 days of our receipt from carrier(s).
