Our program is designed to be an "open" program and is open to all Iowa agencies. We will accept submissions on a "first in" basis, and will provide a quote to the agency that provided the first complete submission.

A Broker of Record letter from another agency will be accepted subject to a complete submission accompanying the letter. The agent that was "first in" will generally be given ten (10) calendar days to obtain a rescinding letter. The 10 day period may not be allowed in cases where a quote must be released due to timing constraints for school board and/or administration action.

Indiana Insurance and LMC will have the final determination regarding "first in" and broker of record situations.
